Used for Deployment tools like SCCM or Intune to display a functional prompt. This can be used with serviceui to display to the user even when running as SYSTEM.

Stardew Valley Quick En/De Code

1. Drag the Character File (NAME_#########) to the Window
2. The File Will Be Properly Encoded then saved in the same directory as the character File as (NAME_#########_switch)
3. Just Rename (NAME_#########_switch) -> (NAME_#########) and replace that file on the Switch
